550 Message Rejected due to Mail Relay Settings

EXPLANATION

Axcess works with certified email providers to help support our spam fighting initiative and ensure delivery of desired emails. There has been a problem while authenticating the required credentials needed to validate this email transaction.

Axcess requires that all members of the Axcess Network utilize SMTP Authentication when accessing the network.  You may receive this error if you have not configured your email client correctly. 

SOLUTION

If you are an Axcess customer, then you have not properly configured your email client to allow for SMTP Authentication.  Please use this Search Link to find your email client and configure it properly.

If you are not an Axcess customer, then please contact your certified email provider or mail administrator for further assistance.
