Axcess works with many ISPs to maintain lists of dynamic and residential IP addresses. Per our E-mail Guidelines, we do not accept mail from these addresses, as it is difficult to determine who is responsible for mail being generated by these IP's
If you feel that your IP address has been listed with us in error, please contact your ISP and have them open a ticket by calling the Axcess Postmaster at 1-866-4AXCESS (429-2377). The Axcess Postmaster cannot remove IP addresses from the block unless it is at the request of the ISPs administrator.
If your IP is dynamic you may contact your ISP and request a static/permanent IP address instead. Please note most ISPs charge extra for a static/permanent IP address.
